Surf Trip Prep
No one wants to show up to a surf trip in less than ideal surf shape, yet we see it all the time. People go on trips to incredible destinations with world class waves only to get stuck on the beach/boat due to injury or fatigue, while their friends are out in the line up making the most out of their holiday.
This program is designed to help prevent exactly that from happening. This program has been designed with the surfer in mind to help you prepare your body for longer sessions, more sessions per day so you can surf better and stronger for longer!
With a sports physio based approach we include strategies for injury prevention, improved performance and lnclude information to help you recover between sessions.

- 1 surf-specific mobility routine
- 3 progressing strengthening routines
- Soft-tissue techniques for recovery
- Nutrition and hydration information for recovery between surf sesssions and training bouts
